For the reference

The Japanese say: “Why do Russians need medicine when they have pine nuts.” Pine nuts or seeds of Siberian cedar pine (Pinus sibirica) resemble small, pale yellow grains in a hard brown shell and with rich taste. Endless Siberian wides are known to be the habitat of cedar, it is here where these grand trees have been growing to this day, and some of them can be 3,000 years old! Siberians have been familiar with benefits of pine nuts for a very long time – no wonder they are famous for their strong health. Pine nuts contain a lot of medical substances which make them extremely beneficial: copper, magnesium, manganese, potassium, calcium, iodine, molybdenum, iron, almost all essential amino acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, E, P,… the list can go on and on. Due to its high protein content, pine nuts allows those who go vegetarian to compensate for the “protein hunger”. Pine nut vegetable protein is perfectly balanced and is close to human tissue proteins in composition and up to 99% of pine nut protein is ingested by the body.

You can add sugar and milk (rice, almond, coconut or animal origin). For the classic coffee lovers, we recommend mixing your coffee with pine nut coffee to get an original fragrant drink.

When brewed, pine nut coffee provides some natural (and edible) coffee grounds, so we recommend using a French press for grinding coffee.
