It is especially useful during the autumn-winter period when acute respiratory viral diseases are most active, as well when seasonal depression develops due to lack of sunlight.

Contraindications

Dosage and Brewing Instructions

Pour over 1-2 filter bags with a glass (250 ml) of boiling water and infuse for 5-10 minutes. You may also boil it in a kettle as regular tea leaves.
