Dosage and Brewing Instructions

Pour over 1-3 tbsp of the mix with 300 ml of cold raw water, bring to boiling, immediately remove from fire. Do not boil continuously! Infuse for 30 min at room temperature.

Take the solution during the day whenever it is suitable for you. Also, drink 50-100 ml of solution 20 minutes before bedtime.

Minimum course of treatment lasts for 2-3 months. It is possible to repeat the course 2-3 times a year with a short break (2-4 weeks) between the courses.
