Cedar Nut Oil Use

Thanks to cedar nut oil unique properties, it’s widely used for healthy nutrition purposes, as well as in skincare. Here are some examples on how to use cedar nut oil.

 

 

In nutrition

As a dietary supplement, cedar nut oil can be taken before/during meals, 1-2 teaspoons, 3 times a day.

But cedar nut oil can also be used in cooking. Due to its wonderful taste, cedar nut oil has always been considered a delicacy. Cedar nut oil is used for making salads or added to ready dishes to taste. Its pleasant delicate nutty taste and aroma will perfectly complement vegetable salads and cold snacks.

The oil can be simply used to lubricate problem areas of the skin, or one can make bandages with cedar oil.

Cosmetologists make masks on the basis of cedar oil that protect against skin aging. Pine nut oil can also be used to strengthen nails and soften cuticles.

This oil is also used as a massage oil. Massage with cedar oil not just only improves skin condition, but also eliminates fatigue, improves well-being, and increases vitality.

Damaged hair can be healed with pine nut oil. For this, the oil is gently rubbed into the hair and left for 5–10 minutes, and then washed off. To fully restore the health and appearance of hair, you need to carry out 10–15 procedures. Cedar nut oil can also be used to combat dandruff and hair loss.
